Congratulations on your upcoming graduation. Each graduate who RSVP's to attend commencement on the Kent Campus in the Memorial Athletic and Convocation Center will be allocated a minimum ofÌý4 guest tickets, cross the stage, and have their name announced. Below you will find information to help you prepare to attend.

FRIDAY, December 15, 2023

• 6 p.m. Advanced Degrees
  • Presentation of Doctoral, Master's and Education Specialist Degrees
    • All Colleges

SATURDAY, December 16, 2023

• 10 a.m. Undergraduate Degrees
  • Presentation of Associate and Bachelor's Degrees in the Colleges of:
    • Applied and Technical Studies
    • The Arts
    • Arts and Sciences
    • Nursing
    • Public Health
• 2 p.m. Undergraduate DegreesÌýÌý
  • Presentation of Associate and Bachelor's Degrees in the Colleges of:
    • Ambassador Crawford - Business and EntrepreneurshipÌý
    • Aeronautics and Engineering
    • Architecture and Environmental Design
    • Communication and Information
    • Education, Health and Human Services

CAP AND GOWNÌý

• Visit the University Bookstore for your regalia, during normal business hours and take it home the same day (doctoral rentals and fine-quality purchases require an order).Ìý
• Reach out to the bookstore via email atÌýSM8152@bncollege.comÌýwith any questions.

GUEST TICKETS

• Sign In as Student / Faculty / Staff.
  • Use FlashLine credentials to complete login.Ìý
• Select Commencement Student Tickets
• Select Find Tickets under Commencement Student Tickets.
• Continue to follow the prompts to place your ticket order.
• Tickets cannot be printed on-site.
• If you need assistance, contact the Office of University Events and Protocol immediately.ÌýOffice staff will not be available on event day to assist with ticket downloads.Ìý
  • All guests 2 and older must have a guest ticket for entry into the ceremony venue.
